I don’t think your hauling truck will be able to get close enough to my pond to dump the fish in. What should we do?
If you foresee any issues with our truck accessing your pond, please let us know immediately so we can plan accordingly. Though we typically overcome access problems, we may need to manually transport the fish in tubs from the truck to the water if we ultimately cannot get close enough. While more labor intensive for us, ensuring a smooth, successful fish delivery is our top priority. With open communication about potential access difficulties, we can work together to get your new fish into your pond stress-free.
When my fish are delivered, how can I be sure I am getting the quantity I paid for?
We understand the difficulty of estimating quantity when fish are piped into a pond. To ensure you receive the full amount paid for, we recommend inspecting the fish with the driver before stocking. This allows you to visually confirm numbers, putting your mind at ease. Contact management with any questions or concerns before signing the invoice and releasing the fish. As a policy, we commit to resolving any issues to customers’ satisfaction – but disputes become harder to settle once fish are already in the water. What steps do you take to ensure the quality of your fish and prevent delayed mortality?

For pick-up customers, our specialized Live-Pak system minimizes stress during transport from our facility to your pond. For delivery customers, we transfer fish to oxygenated tanks on our trucks just prior to shipment. With 50+ years perfecting processes, we take every precaution to safeguard fish health at all stages – seine, transfer, holding and transport.
